Laurence H. Tribe

Lawrence H. Tribe is a professor of constitutional law at Harvard Law School. He wrote an article entitled “Second Thoughts on Cloning,” which appeared in The New York Times OP-ED Friday, December 5, 1997, and supported human cloning. He argues against the sweeping prohibition of human cloning. At the end of his essay he says, “If human cloning is to be banned, then, the reasons had better be far more compelling than any thus far advanced.”
